The Crown Princess, together with Dr. Zuzsanna Jakab attends meetings with Moldova's Minister of Health, representatives from the UN institutions and development partners. The two are pictured in the article during a successful working visit to Tajikistan in 2014, where they were also awarded honorary degrees at the University of Dushanbe for their efforts to strengthen health work in Central Asia. This visit to Moldova focuses on maternal and child health, maintaining momentum on immunization and addressing antimicrobial resistance. The Crown Princess will be working with the WHO team to foster cooperation between the Government, Non-Government Organizations and other partners in order to strengthen national and local health systems.
