"Antibulli - team spirit is always a winner makes it easy for handball coaches to work with good team relations and to prevent bullying in children’s handball."

This is the underlying philosophy behind Antibulli, a joint effort initiated by The Mary Foundation and MH24

"We human beings have always needed each other - once just to survive, and now to feel safe and accepted.

Social situations help shape who we are and define our identity. Being excluded from a group can therefore have devastating effects."

"These are some of the English phrases that actor and audio book reader Ellen Hillingsø has just recorded for us in a sound studio.

The words have been translated from our Danish video about the mechanisms of bullying, which has been so successful that it is now translated into English. We are looking to spreading the important messages about why bullying occurs and what to do to prevent to an even bigger audience"

"The social media is overflowed with photos of the ideal life and the perfect body.

With the media competition, we hope to start a discussion about diversity and tolerance among the students. Loving oneself is largely about accepting oneself

as you are- inside as well as outside, "says Helle Østergaard, director of the Mary Foundation, in today's press release."

The media competition gives students in classes 6 to 10. the opportunity to be critical to the norms and ideals that create the dream of 'the perfect'.
Together with Sex and Society, Politiken*, Jyllands Posten*, Ekstra Bladet*, Ole Kirk Foundation and the Department for Equal Opportunities in the Ministry

of Foreign Affairs, we stand behind the media competition, which is open for registration today"

" How long can you hold your breath?

Do you sometimes try to make your life seem more perfect than it really is?
Do you also think that telling your friends, how you really feel, is difficult at times?
Then you are not alone – one in every five youngsters finds it difficult to share what is bothering them with their friends.
But no one can hold their breath forever.
Air your thoughts ...
This film is produced in cooperation with Ventilen Danmark and Mayday Film."

17 th August

"There was a lot on the program when we met for the first week meeting after the summer vacation. Among other things, the Mary Foundation celebrates 10 years in September, and although it is not a big anniversary, it's after all a milestone to be highlighted. How we do that, we talked about to the creative director of the Motor Agency, Carsten Michelsen, at today's meeting. We look forward to showing you what we're working on in a month's time ..."

Weekly meeting with the Director of the Mary Foundation, at Frederik 8. Palace

"Why are there more and more young people not happy?
What does expectations, perfectionism, social media, more screen time and less contact mean, and growing clarity about all that makes life difficult?
We do not have all the answers, but at today's weekly meeting, it was eagerly discussed what it takes to get answers and what we can do to change the

unfortunate development. Further dive into new numbers from the National Health Profile can be a step along the way"

"New venture involves the entire school in the fight against bullying

If bullying really wants to be stopped, action should be taken from several angles, and everyone in and around the school to be part of the effort.

Experience from abroad shows that, and it is the core of the Alliance against bullying's first major effort.

Behind the Alliance stands the Mary Foundation, Save the Children and Børns Vilkår.

The new program will consist of several efforts, including competence development for the school staff and parent board, help translate the statutory

antibullying strategy to concrete action and development of antibullying resources - initially to the middle school where bullying is most common.

The ambition is to create a comprehensive, quality-assured offer to schools who want to work for environments that are free from bullying."
