gudinde
An article from BT http://www.bt.dk/royale/ekspert-om-kongelig-foedselar-derfor-boer-frederik-snart-overtage-tronen-fra-margre "Expert about the royal birthday child: Why it would be appropriate for Frederik to soon take over the throne from Margrethe"
mls
http://herognu.dk/kongelige/kronprinsen-festede-fredes-fede-fosda/ According to the article, Frederik's birthday was celebrated with a BBQ at Kancellihuset last Saturday. I don't know how they know this or how they know that there was "plenty of drinks and good wines" There are no photos but if they have been lurking around, they are possibly saved for this weeks magazine. "Frederik and Mary had invited about 30 guests to hefty BBQ on the terrace with plenty of drinks and good wines. Guests arrived already late afternoon, and the party lasted long into the night, when the last guests went home."

I don't think it's in F&M's nature to just throw tea parties and the BBQ probably could be smelled from afar:-) A belated happy birthday from here:-)
mls
You are probably right: A Danish-Aussie-Scottish birthday party would probably not be only tea and cookies... If there was a party. You can't always be sure how reliable H&N is.
