The Crown Prince Couple will be present at the show. Both Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik's Foundation and Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary's Foundation supports the collection with a donation. Denmark's Collection is a public collection for the benefit of developing countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. That's very impressive for a country with a total population of 5.5 million inhabitants. An entire week's collecting on Danish television, radio and the web culminated on Saturday evening with DR1's televised 5 hour long TV show. Denmark Collection is a collaboration between DR and 12 aid organizations.
