According to an article in Sermitsiaq, he arrived in Greenland Friday evening: Crown Prince stranded in Kangerlussuaq (The photo is old) The weather is causing problems for the games and Frederik, and he was not able to fly to Nuuk yesterday evening as planned. Sunday morning, Frederik and several hundreds of athletes are still stranded in Kangerlussuaq due to bad weather in Nuuk. The arrival is not a part of the air bridge with sports participants, but brings ordinary, delayed passengers to the city. The Crown Prince arrived Friday to Kangerlussuaq with Armed Forces C-130 Hercules. Originally, the goal was that he would arrive in Nuuk the same day, but - just like the many other Arctic Winter Games travelers - he was delayed by the bad weather in Nuuk.The Crown Prince has been accommodated in army facilities at the airport and has also used the waiting time to go hunting."
