I think the "Bambi" dress from Jesper HΓΈvring is a top and a skirt and she is wearing the skirt part with the new "top". Great combination. Very regal and beautiful this time of year. And the top can be recycled with different gowns or skirts. Yes, I agree - the 'Bambi' dress is actually a separate top and skirt. However, looking at some of the photos of Mary's New Year gown from the Dutch photographer, it shows sequins on the sleeves/cuffs that appear to co-ordinate with the sequins on the skirt. This makes me think that perhaps the skirt was originally purchased with 2 different tops - one summer one, and one winter one. Also the lining of the top appears to be a perfect colour match with the skirt, which would be extremely hard to achieve if it were purchased separately.
