"When the world’s best runners line up for the start of the IAAF/Mikkeller World Cross Country Championships Aarhus 2019 on Saturday 30 March,

they will be joined by no less than His Royal Highness The Crown Prince of Denmark who will run alongside crowds of recreational runners."

For the first time ever, recreational runners will run on the World Cross Country Championships course on the same day that the event is held, over distances ranging from 2-12km

as well as in a 4x2km relay. His Royal Highness Crown Prince Frederik will participate in the relay as a warm-up to the Royal Run, a giant nation-wide mass participation race which

was initiated last year to celebrate the Crown Prince’s 50th birthday.

"Princess Mary and Prince Frederik arrive for the opening of his (Celestial choreography ( Heavenly choreography) photo exhibition at the Round Tower"

That is: Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary, Princess Benedikte (official event), Queen A-M, Princess Alexandra of Berleburg,

Countess Ingrid and Princess Alexia arriving for the opening of Prince Nikolaos photographic exhibition at the Round Tower.

I find it a bit odd that the photographer, Chris Christophersen, a Dane and a royalist, constantly refers to the Crown Prince

and the Crown Princess as, "Prince Frederik and Princess Mary".

Queen Margrethe and Crown Prince Frederik attended today the funeral of Chamberlain Claus Christian Castenskiold, from Hørbygaard.

I think Claus Christian Castenskiold is the father of Christopher Castenskiold, husband of Ellen Hillingsø, friends of F&M, goddaughter of QM.

Mary gave - obviously very moved - a brief comment about the tragedy in Sri Lanka.

"We are deeply concerned. It is an incomprehensible tragic event that is incredibly sad."

Mary has also chosen to cancel an official event with Sorglinjen tomorrow where she should help putting focus on advise and help to process grief.

It was scheduled for April 25, but has now been postponed until May 29.

What a beautiful picture and private Sunday trip for Frederik and Mary.
I enjoy every time Mary shares one of her small private moments/observations of nature, family, Grace etc. with us all on Instagram. It's sweet of her. I can see that many others enjoy it VERY much as well. You can feel the humans, Mary og Frederik.

How do you think Mary uploads the pictures? Often the pictures are uploaded few hours after the picture are taken, sometimes some hours after. Yesterday's 'Sunday's picture' was uploaded at 12 noon, so it must be a few hours after Frederik and Mary were at Kastellet.

Do you think that Mary and Frederik have the access and simply just log in to Kongehuset's Instagram and share the pictures or do you think Mary send the picture and a little text to an admin in the royal staff and then the admin logs on the royal Instagram and post the picture? 😊
