mls
https://kongehuset.dk/foto-video/hkh-kronprinsen-besoegte-nato-oevelsen-steadfast-jupiter-jackal-2020 Danish, Belgian and Dutch special forces are currently gathered for a major NATO exercise at Oksbøl Barracks, where they are training the establishment of a temporary special forces headquarters prior to Denmark's entry into NATO's reaction force next year. His Royal Highness the Crown Prince visited Oksbøl Barracks on Sunday afternoon. Here, the Crown Prince received an introduction to the certification exercise, which goes by the name STEADFAST JUPITER-JACKAL 2020, which aims to certify the three countries' ability to quickly establish a special forces headquarters under the name C-SOCC (Composite Special Operations Component Command) as part by NATO Response Force. The ambition of the exercise is also to test whether smaller countries such as Denmark, Belgium and the Netherlands can jointly gather the capacity needed to be able to set up a temporary headquarters of that size. Normally, this can only be provided by the larger NATO member nations, which aim to promote security and stability in the North Atlantic through international cooperation.
