Her Royal Highness The Crown Princess participated as Honorary Advocate for ‘Leaders for Generation Equality’ in the opening panel on ‘Women’s Transformative Leadership for Gender Equality’ and spoke on the importance of Early Intervention in order to ensure greater diversity among leaders in the world and that more women get access to positions of leadership, which will better reflect the diversity of populations. Generation Equality Forum is organized by UN Woman and co-hosted by the governments of Mexico and France and marks the 25 year anniversary of the Beijing Declaration – a global plan of Action for gender equality.
