This thread is for the first two events which include the Crown Prince and Prince Christian. The rest of the events on the 13th will be in Queen Margrethe's events.

"It will be a festive day when Her Majesty the Queen and Their Royal Highnesses the Crown Prince and Prince Christian on 13 June 2021 take part in the official celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Reunion.

The official Reunion Celebration begins on the morning of 13 June 2021, where the Queen, Crown Prince and Prince Christian drive across the old border

in a carriage at Frederikshøj south of Kolding. The carriage ride will take place in the same place as Christian 10. on 10 July 1920 rode over the old border on the white horse Malgré Tout accompanied by Crown Prince Frederik and Prince Knud on horseback and Queen Alexandrine and Princess Thyra in the carriage. 101 years later, Christian 10.'s granddaughter, great-grandson and great-great-grandson will once again cross the old border, where an interpretation of the sport of honor from 1920 has been set up. At the event, the Queen gives a speech and inaugurates a sculpture.

Subsequently, the Queen, the Crown Prince and Prince Christian participate in a festive service in Haderslev Cathedral. Here, too, German Federal President HE Frank-Walter Steinmeier and wife Fr. Elke Büdenbender and Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen and Mr. Bo Tengberg participate."

Translation of the first part of the post about the carriage

"It is a very special horse-drawn carriage, which Her Majesty the Queen and Your Royal Highnesses the Crown Prince and Prince Christian will sit in tomorrow at 10.00, when the old border at Frederikshøj is crossed on the occasion of the official celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Reunification. Because when Christian 10. in 1920 rode over the old border on the white horse, Queen Alexandrine, Princess Thyra and Princess Dagmar accompanied in a horse-drawn carriage.

The same 157-year-old carriage will once again cross the old border tomorrow - this time with Christian 10. and Queen Alexandrine's grandchild, great-grandson and great-great-grandson on the seats. "

Such a shame that these events could not take place last year. There would have been more family attending.

Will be nice to see Christian there.

with nice photos of the events in 1920.

"According to Christian Eugen-Olsen, former Master of Ceremonies for the Queen, it is a big day for the young prince.

- He is there to experience how the official events take place. He will feel the atmosphere. And then I think it will be a great experience for him to see the story recreated.

Along the way, the most iconic events from Christian X’s several-day visit to the region in the summer of 1920 are meant to be recreated by the royal guests."

"- I am quite sure that the queen and the prince's parents will take him on this visit, so that he, as heir to the throne, learns about the history of Southern Jutland at an early age.

It is a national event and an important part of Danish history."

The service at Haderslev Cathedral is over and QM continuing to the following events. Crown Prince Frederik and Prince Christian returning home. Or somewhere.

"The streets of Haderslev are filled to the brim with people who want a glimpse of the royals on their way away from the cathedral.

The Crown Prince and Prince Christian leave the celebration and go home to Copenhagen. Queen Margrethe goes on to Aabenraa."
