On board were 12 young people from Save the Children's summer holiday camp from Kalundborg, a group of volunteers and a very special guest. Save the Children's patron  H.R.H. "The summer holidays have just begun, and today His Royal Highness the Crown Prince sailed out to the South Funen archipelago with a group of young people and volunteers from Save the Children's holiday camp.

Since 1949, Save the Children has held holiday camps for children, young people and families in vulnerable positions. At the holiday camps, children, young people and families participate in positive communities and activities that compensate for a number of key deprivations they experience in everyday life.

His Royal Highness is the patron of Save the Children and regularly visits the organization's holiday camps and experience clubs. "
