The FitforKids program consists of training for both children and parents, nutritional counseling, parent coaching, motivation program and social events for families. During his visit, the Crown Prince attends a training display where FitforKids-kids will show four special exercises using the FitforKids-signature track "Build yourself up!". After training, the Crown Prince will be presented with an exhibition on FitforKids and have the opportunity to greet some of FitforKids-children and their parents. The Crown Prince was shown around the training facilities, and watched as the young girls and boys gave their best with the physical exercise program. It was something that impressed the royal guest of honor.
