Currently, the team ranks as the best in the world and today their Royal Highnesses the Crown Prince and Prince Christian visited team Astralis during their training day in Copenhagen. Mental and physical health are essential for athletes when they have to think clearly in competitions for a split second and analyze, communicate and respond under pressure. Therefore, much of the team’s preparation takes place away from the computer screens and, instead, with physical trainers, sports psychologists and dietitians. During the day's visit, Prince Christian participated in a series of exercises with Astralis players Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen and Jakob "JUGi" Hansen. Examples of exercises that the athlete can use to perform better when sitting in matches that can last from one to seven hours were reviewed."
