Could have something to do with that children's cancer thing she has visited most years around now or Danish Hospital Clowns (Clown Care?) ? Personally, I find this trend quite dismissive and disrespectful of Mary, Frederik, their hard work, their patronages, and the organizations and issues they champion and support.
