"It is with great pleasure that Copenhagen Pride can announce that HRH Crown Princess Mary has agreed to be one of the keynote speakers during Copenhagen Pride Week. "The Crown Princess has on several occasions shown her support for the LGBTI+ community and advocated for equal rights for all. It is a strong signal to show that in Denmark, we are united - everywhere in our society - in the effort to ensure that everyone is safe and knows that they are valued members of our society ", says chairperson Lars Henriksen."
"HRH The Crown Princess will give a speech in connection with the big show on Saturday evening, August 22nd at 19.45 - 21.45, where a number of Danish LGBTI+ artists will perform. The evening is bonded together by three teams of hosts. The show is broadcast online on a wide range of platforms, as a physical concert is not possible this year due to COVID-19."
