Official Visit and business venture in ThailandMonday 24 November 2008 - Thursday 27 November 2008
TRH Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary make an official visit in Thailand on the occasion of 150th anniversary of diplomatic connections between Denmark and Thailand.
During the visit the Crown Prince Couple will head a business initiative, which is to draw attention to Danish economic life as well as to create and to expand the business connections between Denmark and Thailand. The purpose of the visit also is to increase the knowledge of social responsibility of Danish companies in for instance the environmental, social and health arenas. In addition the visit includes a marking of UN's World Diabetes Day in Thailand.
