Crown Princely Couple's Official Visit to South Korea on 10 - 15 May 2012
His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Her Royal Highness the Crown Princess make an official visit to South Korea from the 10th to 15th May 2012. The Crown Princely Couple will be accompanied by a business delegation during the visit, which focuses on commercial and cultural activities designed to strengthen bilateral relations between Denmark and South Korea.
The Crown Princely Couple begins the visit with their participation in the official opening of the world exhibition EXPO 2012 in the South Korean port city of Yeosu, in which Denmark is represented in the exhibition in the Danish pavilion. The Crown Princely Couple's visit will also focus on green growth, among other things following the green growth alliance that was established during President Lee's State Visit to Denmark in May 2011. Cultural activities in the program will be particularly targeted at Danish design and dance, areas in which collaboration has been initiated between Denmark and South Korea.
