The Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science awards 'Undervisningsprisen' for inspirational and engaging teaching within further and higher education in Denmark. Prizes are awarded to teachers who in, an exceptional manner, help cultivate good teaching and a positive teaching environment.

On Monday 23 September, H.M. The King and H.R.H. Princess Benedikte visited Folketinget, the Parliament, on the occasion of the archaeological preliminary investigations in the Rigsdagsgården, which have taken place over the summer.
During the visit, the royals were introduced to the construction project Fremtidens Folketing, which, among other things, is to open up the Folketing to more visitors with a new underground visitor entrance in the Rigsdagsgården and a new visitor center in the former National Archives buildings on Slotsholmen.
H.M. The King and H.R.H. Princess Benedikte also took part in a tour of the construction site in Rigsdagsgården, where the ongoing archaeological preliminary investigations were shown.
