Crown Prince Frederik takes part in Queen Margrethe's audience with Helle Thorning-Schmidt as she informs the monarch she is ready to form a new government.
PM Lars Løkke, who has been functioning in a caretaker role since the call for elections 5 weeks ago, will advise the Queen to request of Thorning-Schmidt she form a new government. The Queen, in turn, will give her approval to form a new government, and after the written request is signed Helle Thorning-Schmidt becomes Denmark's new Prime Minister.
