The Danish Royal Family gather at Marselisborg palace near Århus for Christmas together.
HM The Queen takes residence in Marselisborg on 22 December with the Prince Consort. Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary with their children Christian and Isabella arrive in the following days, as do Prince Joachim with his sons, and his new wife Princess Marie.
The Royal family attend Christmas mass at Århus Cathedral on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
