The Crown Prince Couple are received by the Director Ricardo Ohtake and Museum Director Jacob Thage from Museum Jorn in Silkeborg, showcasing the Asger Jorn exhibition. The Scandinavian Church 17.15 The Crown Prince Couple visit the Scandinavian Church in Sao Paulo, which was founded 20 years ago. The church is used for weddings, parties and corporate events and also houses the Scandinavian Evangelical Church. The Danish Colony 17.50 The Crown Prince Couple participate in reception for the Danish colony in Brazil. Scandinavia Designs - "COOL Denmark" at. 20.20 The Crown Prince Couple visit the Danish-owned store Scandinavia Designs. The visit is part of the VisitDenmark event "COOL Denmark", which focuses on Danish lifestyle. For the event, five different chefs from Denmark and Brazil have made dishes, combining the Danish and Brazilian cuisine. Monday, 17th September Joint Program Meeting with Danish Companies 8.30 The Crown Prince Couple meet representatives from Danish companies at Hotel Renaissance. HRH The Crown Prince's Program Leo Pharma Exhibition 10.00 The Crown Prince conducts the opening of and inspects the Leo Pharma exhibition "Family Ties: Ethnic Groups in Brazil" on MuBE (Mudeo Brasileiro da Escultura). The Crown Prince together with Leo Pharma's CEO Gitte P. Aabo, hands over a donation to UNAPSO (the Brazilian Psoriasis Association) and ONCOGUIA (Actinic Keratosis). Novozymes seminar 11.30 The Crown Prince participates in Novozymes seminar "Advanced Biofuels & Novozymes Social Responsibility". The Crown Prince gives a speech to the participants at the seminar. Meeting with Governor 15.00 Crown Prince meets Governor of São Paulo, Geraldo Alckmin. Opening of Water Seminar in Sao Paulo 15.30 The Crown Prince together with the Governor Geraldo Alckmin, conducts the opening of a water seminar where the six Danish companies Grundfos, Danfoss, Siemens Turbomachinery Solutions, Haarslec Industires, MicroDrop and Liqtech International meet with decision makers from Sao Paulo State and water company SABESP. At the seminar solutions for water supply and waste water treatment are discussed, and the Crown Prince will be among the speakers. HRH The Crown Princess's Program Support Center for Battered Women 10.30 The Crown Princess visits Cidinha Kopcak, a support center for battered women. Behind Cidinha Kopcak stands the NGO organization Geledés working for women and black people's rights. JOINT PROGRAM Gala dinner 20.15 The Crown Prince Couple participate in dinner for Danish and Brazilian companies. At the dinner the Crown Prince awards the Export Association's Diploma & HRH Prince Henrik's Medal of Honor for two Danish Companies. Tuesday, 18 September Joint Program Albert Einstein Hospital 09.30 The Crown Prince Couple visit Albert Einstein Hospital, where the Hospital's Director Dr. Lottenberg gives a tour of the hospital and its new cardiovascular equipment. Fritz Hansen showroom 14.00 The Crown Prince Couple participate in the opening of the Fritz Hansen chairs exhibition at MuBE (Mudeo Brasileiro da Escultura). The exhibition includes such 50 Arne Jacobsen 'Egg' chairs, decorated by the Danish artist Tal R. HRH The Crown Prince's Program Opening of "COOL DENMARK" in Sao Paulo 11.00 The Crown Prince conducts the opening of the VisitDenmark event "COOL DENMARK", where Danish companies meet Brazilian companies. At the workshop the Crown Prince talks to the participating guests. HRH The Crown Princess's Program Dorina Novill Foundation 11.00 The Crown Princess visits the Blind Foundation Dorina Novill Foundation and attends the training of visually impaired children. Wednesday, 19 September 2012 HRH The Crown Prince's Program Pentrobas 10.40 The Crown Prince visits with the Danish business delegation the Brazilian oil company Pentrobas at the Rio Oil & Gas Exhibition. Water Seminar in Rio de Janeiro 13.00 The Crown Prince conducts the opening of the water seminar, where six Danish companies meet with decision makers from the Rio de Janeiro state and discuss challenges and solutions for Rio de Janeiro's water supply. Danmagi 14.00 The Crown Prince participates in reception at the Danish IT company Danmagi and is presented to the company's IT system. The Danish Pavilion at the Rio Oil & Gas Exhibition 16.00 The Crown Prince visits the official Danish pavilion at the Rio Oil & Gas Exhibition and inspects the Danish companies' booths. HRH The Crown Princess's Program Cidade de Deus Favela 10.30 The Crown Princess visits Cidade de Deus, a youth center, Centro de Referencia as Juventude that tries to integrate young people into society through education and helps them to enter the labor market. During the visit, the Crown Princess will be shown the youth center's activities including sports, dance, fashion show and music. Pontifical Catholic University 13.00 The Crown Princess visits Pontifical Catholic University, working with several Danish universities. The Crown Princess participates in a seminar on the exchanges and cooperation between Danish and Brazilian universities. Opening of the Exhibition "A modern Royal Household" 15.30 The Crown Princess conducts the opening of the exhibition "A Modern Royal Household" and inspects the exhibition on the restoration and the decoration of Frederik VIII's Palace, Amalienborg. Joint Program Reception with the Danish colony 19.30 The Crown Prince Couple participate in a reception with the Danish Colony and is received by the President of the Danish-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, Knud Bach. Grundfos Dinner 20.30 The Crown Prince Couple participate in the Grundfos dinner with Danish and Brazilian companies. Thursday, 20 September HRH The Crown Prince's Program Meeting with the Mayor of Rio de Janeiro 09.30 The Crown Prince meets the Mayor of Rio de Janeiro, Eduardo Paes, and is presented the city's preparations for the Olympic Games in 2016. VisitDenmark Event 10.30 The Crown Prince conduct the opening of tte VisitDenmarks event "COOL DENMARK" in Rio de Janeiro and makes a speech to the participants in the workshop. HRH The Crown Princess's program Human Milk Bank project 10.00 The Crown Princess visits the Institute Fernandes Figueira and inspects the project Human Milk Bank. The project helps underweight newborns and mothers who can not breast feed their infants. Friday 21 September 2012 HRH The Crown Princess's Program P.W. Lund Seminar 9.15 The Crown Princess conducts the opening the PUC University's PW Lund seminar, and reveals a memorial to the Danish zoologist PW Lund. Joint Program Opening of Water Seminar in Minas Gerais 10.30 The Crown Prince Couple participate in the opening of a water seminar where Danish companies have the opportunity to meet with decision makers from Minas Gerais 'state and discuss challenges and solutions to Minas Gerais' water supply. Visit the P.W. Lund Memorial 11.45 The Crown Prince Couple visit the P.W. Lund Memorial and are received by Mayor Rogerio Avelar. Opening of P.W. Lund Museum 14.30 The Crown Prince Couple conduct the opening of the P.W. Lund museum and then inspect the museum. This has resulted in a wealth of market opportunities for Danish companies, which can be read in the past year favorable development of Denmark's exports to Brazil. But there is plenty of room for additional Danish exports to Brazil, and the visit will be used for a number of export promotion activities - as well as to strengthen cooperation in culture and education.
