Crown Prince Frederik had a wonderful experience, when he visited the organzation FitforKids and met a lot of nice kids who challenged him with sharp and funny questions about exercise about exercise, says BB.
The Crown Prince was shown around the training facilities, and watched as the young girls and boys gave their best with the physical exercise program. It was something that impressed the royal guest of honor.
Crown Prince Frederik talked with many of the children associated with the special program, and praised the children's efforts, telling the boys and girls that they were tough, and that it is super important to train hard and eat healthily, if you want to feel good and be happy.
