A few like a photo from Easter at Marselisborg or one from Gråsten with F&M the day they reunite there but I thought

this was different.

I assumed after the visit she would be off to parts unknown.  But not only did the official DRF IG post a photo, they revealed where she was  as well.

HM The Queen will undergo surgery

For quite some time, Her Majesty has been affected by problems with her back, and the situation has worsened recently. After consultation with Rigshospitalet’s specialists, The Queen has decided to undergo extensive surgery.

The operation is planned for Wednesday, 22 February at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, where The Queen will thus also be hospitalized afterwards. Consequently, a longer sequence of physical rehabilitation is expected.

This means that Her Majesty’s official program in the near future will be postponed, canceled or handled by other members of The Royal Family.

"On Wednesday, the royal house announced that Queen Margrethe will undergo major back surgery on Wednesday 22 February at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen. However, this does not mean that the Queen is on sick leave in the almost two weeks leading up to the operation.

The queen still attends to her work and has her daily office hours at Amalienborg, where she goes through important papers and takes care of current affairs."

The Queen will continue to be hospitalized at Rigshospitalet for some time to come, and an extended period of recuperation and physical rehabilitation of her back awaits after that.

Since Tuesday, His Royal Highness The Crown Prince has performed the duties of regent. Starting on 25 February, the Crown Prince Couple will on an official visit to India, and Her Royal Highness Princess Benedikte will therefore function as acting regent from 25 February.

It seems like a long road of recovery awaits. Wishing the best.
