Topic today, just in case. I am not familiar with possible other events today/tomorrow in connection with the funeral.

Apparently there is a reception at Buckingham Palace on 9/18 for the dignitaries, heads of state etc attending.  Not sure if there will be video and/or photos but there might be.

  • mls changed the title to QM & CPF attend pre-funeral reception & state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II

BT:

"On Sunday, a reception was held prior to Monday's funeral, where several of the world's heads of state – including Queen Margrethe and Crown Prince Frederik – participated.

The British television station BBC followed it all live, but apparently had difficulty keeping track of all the many guests.

- Here we see the King and Queen of Holland. The King and Queen of the Netherlands, the reporter said hesitantly, as the Danish Queen and Crown Prince entered the church."

  "Hesitantly...." Not the BBC it once was.

It is typical of the British press to be passive aggressive when it comes to the other royal families.  To them other royals are not real royals.
