This is what it said in the facebook post "Congratulations to Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Mary on the promotion to Major." so maybe that is why she is in uniform? Maybe since she was getting a promotion that's why she's in uniform. Congratulations to her! She never seizes to amaze with her work ethic and accomplishments.
