I haven't noticed before how much the Queen has shrunk. Her official height is 1,80 m (5'11), Mary's is 1,72 m (5'8), so Margrethe would be 8 cm taller than Mary. But here the Queen is much shorter. Even if you take away the height of Mary's heels, Margrethe wouldn't be taller than her. And Catherine is 5'9 according to wikipedia and she definitely is taller than both Margrethe and Mary (though in this pic she seems to have the same height as Mary).
