I saw some photos posted and it really is blanketed in snow. Not sure it is safe tbh for the horses, carriage and QMII. That's unfortunate considering it would be the last time she arrives in the golden coach for a new years court. But, safety is more important. Fingers crossed for good weather on the 14th! BB mentioned somewhere, that the blue gown yesterday and brown top today were the same as when she attended these events for the first time as Crown Princess and now as the last time as Crown Princess. I disagree with BB ... today's brown top was worn with a pink skirt. I don't remember yesterday's blue gown ever being worn as anything other than as worn yesterday.
