"The tuna project received a royal visit from HRH Crown Prince Frederik
MONDAY 25 SEP 23|

The tuna marking has again been visited by HRH Crown Prince Frederik, who yesterday came and helped with the marking and had the opportunity to hear about the results from the very tuna he himself helped to mark during the visit to the project in August 2021.
The last week of DTU Aqua's tuna tagging project in 2023 started this weekend in Helsingør. On Sunday the weather was challenging with big waves and only a few tuna. Fortunately the wind died down and the sun came out at noon. It is not known whether it was royal intervention, but HRH the Crown Prince came by the marking boat in the afternoon and helped with the marking, just like the last time he visited the marking project in 2021."

"Many thousands of Danes live with rare diseases that only a few others know, and the patients are often children.
Since 2005, Her Royal Highness the Crown Princess has been the patron of Rare Diagnoses, which is an association of more than half a hundred associations that take care of the interests of citizens affected by rare diseases and handicaps.
Today the Crown Princess attended a working meeting with the chairman of Rare Diagnosis Birthe Byskov Holm, director Lene Jensen and information officer Julie Schmidt Hansen.
The meeting was also attended by Malene Ramsing Roest and Silas Andersen Roest from the Crouzon association, who gave the Crown Princess an insight into what it's like to live with a rare disease in Denmark.
During the meeting, Her Royal Highness received, among other things, an update on developments within diagnosis and treatment options of rare diseases and handicap. In addition, Rare Diagnosis's work to provide support and counselling to rare citizens and their relatives, including through the counselling offer Helpline, was also on the agenda."

Crown Princess Mary takes the viewers to the North Sea in a TV broadcast to be shown at the end of the month and talks about nature's impact on well-being and mental health.

This happens in the brand new DR program "Nature and our minds - The Crown Princess at the North Sea".

Peter Qvortrup Geisling has invited the Crown Princess out into nature for a conversation with three Danes, who have all had a hard time.

They have struggled with stress, mental disorders and grief, but what they have in common is that they have used nature to find peace and balance in their lives.

Denmark's climate ambassador Tomas Anker Christensen yesterday gave Kronprinsparret a status on the Danish climate efforts ahead of the UN's upcoming climate summit COP28 in Dubai in December.

The UN's COP climate summits have - with some exceptions - been held every year since the first UN climate agreement in 1992, and this year His Royal Highness the Crown Prince will visit the summit together with, among others, the Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister.

Women's Handball World Championship starts on Wednesday in Herning 🤾 ♀️🥅

Therefore, it was a great pleasure to surprise the team, when I earlier today visited the players in Anja Andersen Hall in Brøndby for their training and preparations for the world championship. Good luck to the team and the whole Danish team 🇩🇰

a special message from Frederik to Greenland's handball team

Good luck to the Greenlandic handball women, who today play their first World Cup match in 22 years!

The handball women's road to the World Cup has been impressive. With victories in all five matches in the qualification round, the Greenlandic fighting spirit has already shown its worth. It will be exciting to follow.
